demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our
information gathering and dissemination practices for MinorityBids and the
RFPsite.com website.
In order to have full access to the all of the features, of this site,
RFPsite.com may require you to be or become a
RFPsite.com member. When and if you register to become a member, you agree to
the following: (a) WHEN REGISTERING AS A SUPPLIER OR SMALL BUSINESS, (someone
whose business is to supply products/commodities and/or services to another
company); ACKNOWLEDGE AND STATE THAT YOU ARE a "small business" AS
SET FORTH BY THE STANDARDS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND APPLICABLE LAWS OF THE
GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. (b) provide
accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our
registration form (including your email address) and (c) to maintain and update
your information (including your email address) to keep it accurate, current,
and complete. You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is
untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to
terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site.
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a Member ID
and password. We may refuse to grant you a Member ID that impersonates someone
else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other
proprietary rights law(s), is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause
confusion, as determined by us in our sole discretion. You will be responsible
for the confidentiality and use of your Member ID and password and agree not to
transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. If you
have reason to believe that your account with us is no longer secure, you must
promptly change your password by updating your account information and
immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us. You
are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RFPsite
Member ID and Password and entirely responsible for any and all activities
(including purchases as applicable) that are conducted
through your account.
RFPsite.com reserves the right to contact a registered user regarding account
status, changes to this agreement and other matters relevant to the underlying
service and/or the information collected.
RFPsite.com reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior
and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various
areas of the site, and to inform advertisers of such information as well as the
number of users that have been exposed to or clicked on their advertising
banners. RFPsite will provide only aggregated data from these analyses to third
parties. RFPsite is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third
parties and users should check the applicable privacy policy of such party when
providing personally identifiable information. Registrants should be aware that
certain users may be given exclusive rights to use of your info for their
purposes; this may include but is not limited to: Contacting you regarding
goods and services; contacting you regarding their goods and services. You may
also receive periodic information from RFPsite.com. This information may be in
the following forms, but is not limited to: monthly newsletters; press releases
regarding RFPsite.com, their sponsor Computer Consulting Associates
International Inc., or other relevant press releases dealing with major
multicultural issues; mass mailings to notify registrants of new features and
uses available at RFPsite.com, or for any use RFPsite.com sees fit. Your
information may be used for targeted marketing purposes to help promote
business with other suppliers and buyers. The personal data you enter belongs
solely to RFPsite.com, and RFPsite.com reserves all rights to this voluntarily
given information. Please note that this data is made publicly available, and
is used for promoting business with your company, and RFPsite.com assumes no
responsibility for loss or misuse of information by a third party.
Registrants under no circumstances may use RFPsite.com Data for their own mass
mailing/marketing purposes. If a registered user of RFPsite.com is deemed by
the RFPsite.com staff to have performed spam, or other such activities NOT
condoned by RFPsite.com, the users priveleges will be
revoked, entry in the RFPsite database removed and future priveleges revoked
regardless of Premium Membership status or payment. All payments made to
RFPsite.com are final, no refunds will be issued to
any person or organization that has abused the priveleges of the data available.
Additionally, users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose
personally identifiable information (e.g., user name, e-mail address) on the
bulletin boards or in the chat areas of the RFPsite sites, that information,
along with any substantive information disclosed in the user's communication,
can be collected and correlated and used by third parties and may result in
unsolicited messages from other posters or third parties. Such activities are
beyond the control of RFPsite.
The RFPsite.com website also logs IP addresses for systems administration
purposes, and to help identify you. IP addresses and/or domain names, as well
as information about your computer, such as the browser, operating system, and
the home server from which you access the Internet are logged to track a user's
session. This gives RFPsite an idea of which parts of our site users are
visiting. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and
to administer our Web site. This Site Gathers/Tracks
aggregate information site-wide, including anonymous site stats. On
certain pages such as the RFPsite.com Registration Form, we give users the
option of providing us with names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email
addresses, demographic, preference and other personal information, and various
other kinds of details. We do not gather this more personal information without
users’ knowing and active permission and participation.
All members agree to only accept bids through RFPsite.com, that are in response
to a RFP that is Posted on RFPsite.com. This is the only way that accurate tracking
and reporting may be accomplished. Also members that receive RFPs from
RFPsite.com agree to only Submit BIDs in response to that RFP through
RFPsite.com.
Members that award RFPs also agree to post the results on the RFPsite.com for review by the general public. Proprietary and confidential information is NEVER to be posted in public areas of the site and should be protected at all times.
RFPsite’s use of “cookies”
Users also should be aware that non-personal information and data might be
automatically collected through the standard operation of RFPsite's Internet
servers or through the use of "cookies." "Cookies"
are small text files a web site can use to recognize repeat users, facilitate
the user's ongoing access to and use of the site, and allow a site to track
usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements
and targeted advertising. Cookies are not programs that come onto a user's
system and damage files. A cookie file can contain information such as a user
ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited, but the only personal

RFPsite makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and news groups available to
its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these
areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding
to disclose your personal information.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and
alteration of the information under our control. Access to computer data and
files at RFPsite.com are secured by password coding and router access lists.
Our network is also behind an industry standard firewall designed to prevent
unauthorized access. IP addresses and/or domain names, as well as information
about your computer, such as the browser, operating system, and the home server
from which you access the Internet are logged to track any user's session. Our
security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as
necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the information
provided by RFPsite.com Members. You, as a RFPsite.com
Member, are ultimately responsible for the security of your RFPsite.com
username and password. Please take care to store your RFPsite.com username
separately from your account password, or better yet, choose a password that
you don’t need to write down at all.
Membership Payment & Cancellation
Payment Terms
All payments for registration are due at the time of registration. Payment is via Credit Card only unless you are a sponsor or supporter. Your registration is NOT complete until payment is received.
Fees
Every account has a bi-annual non-refundable Membership & Administrative fee. Following are the details of it.
Membership & Administrative Fee : $24.99 (non-refundable)
RFP Posting Fee : $14.99 each (non-refundable)
BID Submission Fee: $9.99 each (non-refundable)
Cancellations
Memberships and Bids may be cancelled at any time, however no monies (registration fees) will be refunded. Cancellation of RFPs may be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee, if the client has more than two cancellations in a 60 day period. If you contact RFPsite.com within one (1) month from the time of your registration, and have not accessed the system since your registration, the registration fee will be completely refunded minus the setup fee and the processing fee. If your cancellation is past one month from the time of your registration and you have not accessed the system since your registration, the amount of the original registration fee refunded will be pro-rated based on a one year time frame, minus the processing fee and setup fee. One time setup fee will not be refunded in any case.

Correcting and Updating Information
Upon request, RFPsite will use reasonable efforts to allow users to
update/correct personal information previously submitted which the user states
is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or
security interests. RFPsite.com also believes strongly in providing you with
